She is a highly skilled professional who brings over 8 years of experience in Portfolio Management Services, Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, Equity Research, Valuations, Financial Due-Diligence, Strategic Consultancy, Auditing and Taxation.

At Pranjal, Riya handles the family office investments covering Listed and Private Entities, & Early-stage Start-ups.

Prior to joining Pranjal group, Riya worked with Crisil and Morningstar, where she was responsible for valuation, equity research, and analysis of listed entities.

Keval is a Qualiefied Chartered Accountant and undergraduate degree in Bachelor`s in Commerce from Mulund College of Commerece.

He is currently part of the Debt Syndication team and is working on sectors such as NBFCs,Real Estate,Manufacturing etc.

Prior to joining Pranjal Group, Keval has worked on various audit assignments covering Statutory Audit, Stock Audit, Tax Audit etc for companies engaged in leasing industries, Direct Selling Agent (DSA),Pharmaceuticals and Bullion Trader. He has also been involved in Tax Advisory for merger Transactions.

Krushal is a Chartered Accountant by qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from K. J. Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce. He has an experience of over 2 years in Debt Syndication and has worked in sectors like Chemical and Gems & Jewellery sectors.

Prior to joining Pranjal, he has worked on debt raising proposal for working capital requirement of companies in trading and manufacturing sectors. He also has experience in audit, assurance, taxation and company law compliances.

Amar is a highly skilled professional who specializes in facilitating in-organic growth for clients, by undertaking mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as by providing private equity and venture capital funding. With an impressive work experience spanning over 6 years, Amar has honed his expertise in investment banking, strategic consulting, auditing, and taxation. He has cleared two levels of CFA, USA and holds a B.Com degree from NM College of Commerce and Economics.

Prior to joining Pranjal Group, Amar played a pivotal role in executing complex private equity transactions & startup fundraisings within the Consumer and Healthcare industries, resulting in highly successful closures totalling over USD 70 million.

Rahul is a Chartered Accountant and has been associated with Pranjal for more than four years.

Currently, his key responsibilities at Pranjal are in the stress assets resolution vertical which includes project analysis and evaluation as well as the preparation of project reports and pitch decks.

Prior to this, he interned at Jain Jain & Associates where he gained experience in audit, assurance, and tax planning.

Harish Panpalia has a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce and Diploma in Business Management. He is also Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He brings in overall 15-year experience in Corporate Credit and is a seasoned ex-banker, who retired after putting 39 years of service in a reputed PSU Bank. Currently, he is looking after Debt Syndication Vertical and under his guidance, team has successfully closed a large number of high value deals during his association of last 3 years with us.

Before joining Pranjal Group, he worked in Top Executive Grade of the PSU Bank and served some critical branches like Commercial Branch Mumbai, Commercial Branch Dadar, Commercial Branch Kolkata etc. His area of expertise includes Corporate Credit, Management of Stressed Assets, Forex Business, Retail Lending, Branch Administration, etc.

Kuldeep Ganju is a graduate in Science. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers & a Licentiate of the Federation of Insurance Institute. A commercial banker by profession with 36 years of experience behind him, having worked with the largest lender of the country. He joined the bank in the managerial cadre to retire in the Top Executive Grade in 2019 and since then has been associated with us. At Pranjal he has been instrumental in successfully taking forward a number of deals in NPA resolution, IBC, debt syndication etc.

In his previous assignment in a PSU bank, he has handled various critical assignments, which includes SME and Corporate Credits, in charge of the Credit Monitoring cells (SME) at the apex office of the bank, monitoring the compliances and the asset quality at bank level, etc. He also had a 4-year stint in dealing with the Overseas Operations of the Bank.

Mehul has a Bachelor degree in Commerce from R.A. Podar College, Mumbai and MBA degree in Finance from Mumbai University. Mehul Khanted, brings in over 14 years of experience spanning across Investment Banking and Stress Management. Currently, Mehul is handling NCLT related advisory, Resolution of Bank Loans by way of restructuring/Sale to ARC and Funding for Affordable Real Estate Sector through SWAMIH Fund.

Before joining Pranjal Group, Mehul looked after Debt Syndication and Stress asset related transactions in Real Estate Sector. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banking analyst for different sectors.

Sadaf Saiyed has a Cost and Management Accountancy degree from ICMA, Insolvency Professional (IP) and Registered Valuer (RV) from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board on India (IBBI), Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from MCC, Mulund. Sadaf Saiyed, an Insolvency Professional associated with Pranjal International Resolutions Private Limited brings in over 18 years of experience spanning across Investment Banking, Stressed Asset Advisory and Valuation. Currently, she is handling NCLT related advisory under IBC domain, stressed asset resolution out of NCLT and funding for affordable real estate projects under SWAMIH Fund.

Before joining Pranjal, Sadaf Saiyed looked after Stressed Asset Advisory and focused on transactions in the IBC domain, Real Estate & FMCG sectors.

Pradnya Khochare is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. She also holds the degree of Certified Management Accountant (USA) from Institute of Management Accountants. She brings in over 6 plus years of experience in Debt Syndication & Advisory Services and has worked across sectors like InvIT, EPC, NBFC, Real Estate & Manufacturing. She specializes in Corporate & Structured Finance, Credit Appraisal, Risk Assessment & Liaisoning. Currently, she is handling debt funding proposals for Project financing, WC & TL facilities, LRD, etc. for various sectors such as NBFC, Real Estate, EPC, Renewables, etc.

Before joining Pranjal, she looked after funding for SME sectors in Polymers, Textile, Steel, Trading, etc. She was also involved in Transaction Advisory Services, Management Information Services & FEMA Advisory.

Vidhi is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The ICAI and has an undergraduate degree in Bachelor’s in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics. Vidhi Jain brings in over 5 years of experience in Debt Syndication department and has worked in various sectors such as infrastructure, real estate and NBFC. Currently, she is handling debt proposals for project financing, term loan, working capital, InvIT, NCDs, LRD, LAP, etc. for variety of sectors such as NBFC, Real estate, Infrastructure, EPC, etc.

Prior to joining Pranjal Group, Vidhi interned at M.M. Nissim & Co, a leading mid-market Chartered Accountancy & Advisory firm and has worked on statutory, internal and concurrent audit assignments for various companies and banks.

Abhishek Bansal is an MBA, LLB and CA Finalist. He has experience of 10+ years catering to client belonging to various industries viz. Metal, Real-Estate, Infrastructure, NBFCs/FIs, Packaging, Textile, Technical Textile, Renewal, Jem-&-Jewellery, etc. Currently, he is handling debt proposals of debt syndication comprising of various sectors.

Before joining the Pranjal Group, he was working with Technical Consulting Organization, where he conducted viability assessment of the projects to take credit decisions. Prior to that, he worked with an IB firm and took care of debt syndication proposals and handled a team of 4-5 executives.

Gunjan Kataruka, is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and associated with the Pranjal Group for more than 2 years. She has over a decade of experience in functions like Credit appraisal, risk assessment, liaison, corporate & structured finance across various sectors like Infrastructure, NBFC, EPC, Food processing, Power, Metal, etc. Currently, she is leading various assignments with end-to-end solutions and looking after the execution of deals on pan India basis.

Prior to joining Pranjal, she was associated with an Agro & Food processing unit handling their treasury & banking. Prior to that, she was with an Investment Banking firm and took care of Business Development, liaison, Bank Audit & taxation.

Pranjal has more than 11 years and 12 years respectively of experience in Direct/Indirect Taxes, Tax Planning, Business Re-structuring with respect to companies, Company Law and other areas of Assurance Services. He also heads the CFO services and Business Valuation verticals. Over the last 10 years he specialized in providing audit and assurance services to medium and large body corporates. He has developed expertise in System Review & other areas of assurance practice. He has also gained experience in tax litigation & transfer pricing.

Ankur Jain serves as the Investment Banking Director at Pranjal Group, a position he has held since 2017. His career in the financial sector spans over 14 years, with particular expertise in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Assurance and Adviosry. His vast experience includes stints at renowned firms like KPMG, SBI Caps, and Wayzata Investment Partners, where he honed his skills in Audit, Investment Banking, and Private Equity.

In his tenure at Pranjal Group, Ankur has emerged as a key player, orchestrating transactions totaling over INR 12,000 crores in various sectors such as Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and distressed asset advisory. Additionally, his outstanding research and analytical prowess have facilitated the identification of profitable seed-stage investment opportunities. Abishek Jain is the Director and Head of Debt Syndication Vertical of Pranjal Group. before joining of Pranjal group, he was associated with reputed firms like K S Aiyar & Co as well as Bhuta Shah & Co, wherein he gained adequate expertise in Audit, Taxation & Fund raising.

With a strong understanding with 15 + years of experience and knowledge of different financial structures, Abhishek heads the debt syndication team with key focus on sectors like Infra, Power, Real estate, Steel, NBFCs, Service & Manufacturing. He has a repertoire of skills and tools and by virtue of in-depth knowledge of various sectors & rich experience in Debt Syndication, Corporate and Taxation Advisory, Fund Raising, Structured Finance and ARC Advisory, has become the beaming corporate face of Pranjal.

Abhishek exudes confidence through his professionalism and his out of box thinking. With excellent relationship management skills and an established network of Corporates and Bank to his credit, Abhishek has successfully concluded large number of high value single deals ranging from Rs. 50 crores to Rs. 4000 crores. Due to his Leadership qualities, he has successfully driven the energy of a large team consisting of professionals like experience senior bankers, Chartered Accountants and MBAs for contributing a major part of revenue for the company. Vikrant Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Valuer with more than 21 years of experience in the field of Fund Raising, Investment Banking, Stressed Asset Management and ARC dealings. He is spearheading NCLT, NPA Resolution & Stress Assets Transaction Advisory and Stressed Real Estate Funding at Pranjal Group.

He has served as Head – Finance for Hubtown Ltd and VP at Chartered Finance Management Ltd. He has also worked with HSBC, JM Financial Ltd & IDBI Bank. He specializes in Real Estate Sector, with deal structuring being his strong suit.
